This bill will be made up of outgoing phone calls (99% of business centre space now charge standard carrier rates or discounted rates below this), internet access (there are a myriad of options available in this spectrum and associated costs also vary dramatically depending on your needs), meeting rooms on a pay as you use basis, any secretarial services that you may request and any other peripheral services you request such as dry cleaning, buffet lunches etc.
