Registration of Office
The Registration of new buildings/Offices with Global Office
Search is free.
New Client Introductions
A new client introduction is made when Global Office Search
pass the details of a customer searching for office space
to a registered building. This introduction will be made in
writing via fax, email or letter by Global Office Search.
Acceptance & Rejection of a New Client Introduction
Unless the client introduction is returned to Global Office
Search within 48 hours of its initial introduction it will
be assumed that the registered building acknowledges and accepts
the new Global Office Search client introduction.
If the introduction is rejected Global Office Search REQUIRE
the following information: The organization you received the
lead from, the time and date of that introduction.
Successful Sales from Client Introduced
It is the responsibility of the registered building to provide
Global Office Search with the applicant's details (start date,
rental and company name) when an applicant completes a contract.
Client Introduction Confidentiality
Any client introduction made by Global Office Search and
details contained within is strictly for the use of the registered
building that receives the introduction. The registered building
can only use the client details supplied by Global Office
Search for the promotion of the buildings services. It cannot
be passed on to any third party, without the prior written
approval of Global Office Search and the enquiring client.
Commissions
When an accepted client introduction from Global Office Search,
takes occupation or acquires any services provided by your
building, it is the responsibility of the registered building
to inform Global Office Search in writing.
Our introductory fees are 10% of the inclusive license fee
for a period up to one year. If the client vacates earlier
or signs an agreement for less than a year then our fees will
be calculated on a pro rata basis. Should the license fee
increase or decrease during the term of the agreement, it
is the responsibility of the registered building to update
Global Office Search in writing.
Invoice Payment
Payment is to be made in advance, monthly, quarterly, six
monthly or annually, depending on the terms agreed. All invoices
are to be paid on receipt. Invoices will be issued when the
registered building informs Global Office Search of the details
of the new transactions resulting from a new client introduction.
Changes in Building Ownership
When and If a registered building or related groups or part(s)
of a group of Offices is sold; it is the responsibility of
the registered building to advise Global Office Search in
writing and to ensure any new owners are aware of any future
commission payments due to Global Office Search.
If this information is not passed on to the new owners of
the office or group of offices the previous owner(s)/ Vendor
will remain liable for any outstanding future commission payments.
